I'm done with website publication in my active domain in one.com and software announced to me that my website is online but when I'm trying to search my server is not found, where might be went wrong?

What is the URL (address) of your website?
Do you mean you can't find your website if you do a search using a search engine like Google? If so, then that would be normal, as search engines can take a while to find and index a new site, and may not even index it at all unless you first make the search provider aware of it's existence by submitting the URL in question. Like here:
http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

OK, thanks... it looks like your site is indeed not online as yet.
1. Check that you have entered your web address (www.theledochowskachoir.com) correctly in Step 1 General Settings > Basic Tab > Website Address (URL)
2. Check that the folder you are uploading into in Step 5 (Website Export to Internet) is as it should be. You need to upload your project into your 'public' folder on your webspace at one.com - in particular check any entry you have in Step 5 > Optional Parameters > Destination Folder

I tried to verify my adress in google webmaster tools, it gave an option of entering my webspace register and unfortunately one.com is'nt in the list, I tried mannual verification but I could not be able to understand where to about about createting DNS TXT record they ask me add so as to verify my account.
OK, but you don't need to do that George, as that's not related to your issue.

yes I did.
but at first I opened new folder in webfile manager and named it as Public and i tried to upload again in that 'public' destination folder.
and when I open my one.com account/control panel manager/ web file manager all files are uploaded and they open correctly.
but still page cannot found as i tried to search.
Your public folder should already exist on one.com - you shouldn't have to create a new folder and/or name it 'public'
Instead there will already be a folder on your webserver called something like 'public_html', 'httpdocs', 'htdocs', 'www' or something like that. You need to ask one.com what the correct folder is, then point WebSite X5 to upload into that folder.
Can you post the current path to your WebSite X5 project files as displayed in your one.com control panel/web file manager? This would be helpful.
You may find it helpful to refer to the following documentation from one.com:

In particular note this statement:
At One.com the index file must be placed in the root folder, that is the folder at the top of the hierarchy of folders in the web space. Normally this is the first folder you will see when you connect with FTP.
What one.com refer to as the 'root' folder is in fact also the 'public' folder... they are one and the same. Set WebSite X5 to upload the project files into this folder so that index.html is in the root folder, NOT a subfolder of the root. You should then find that your site is visible online.
