Tnx for replies, I have XP and protection from AVG, which has all the time been set at 'Allow for all' concerning X5, I also disabled manually firewall but the same error message keeps coming...
It is your server that is causing the problem..... Because it will not allow you to upload to the REMOTE folder specified!!
You have either got your destination folder incorrect or they have updated the server software. I suggest taking all your details out of the X5 Export and entering them manually and trying again. If that deosn't work try an external FTP Client.
Should neither of these work contact your hosting company they will check your server settings for you....... If you still need help contact me below:

Tnx and sorry!
The (old) remote file was incorrect - partly my fault, partly hosting companys who had sended a service e-mail (which I didn't read) about changing the path but reading it now there were no instructions where to find the new path.
