ERROE 503 TRYING TO UPDATE

Just bought V10 and have installed it but when i try to update it i get an Error 503 message.
i disabled my firewall and anti virus but i still get the same error code come up. can anybody suggest why this is happening ?

that should have said Error, its been a long day lol

fixed it, went into the appdata folder and deleted the licence file then restarted X5 and it registered ok and now the updates work
