Website x5 problem

hello, i just bought websitex5 10.but there is a problem, i cant put licence key anywhere, its just loging to program.There is one more problem, i was using crack version before for checing this program, and i made some website but now i cant start to wrok it with whic i bought.cause it says that: the specified program can not be opened cause it was created with a later version of websitex5 (10.0.8.35 ). So it means that whic i bought today its old version. one more thing, on e-mail page, there is a list button, when you use this button and make more than 10, you cant follow it down, all the page is fallowing down not list.Please help me about all this situation. regards

Uninstall all Incomedia WebSite x5 programs installed like the Free and Demo Versions, and then delete the installation folder present in Program files. When these folders are deleted, proceed to delete also the licence.iwl files in the WebSite X5 folders in AppData\Local\Incomedia\ and then download the most updated version from your answers.websitex5.com profile in the "Downloads" section.
You will need to deactivate the antivirus and firewall and then run the installer, with the right click option, as administrator.
Follow the registration procedure and once installed, run the program again as administrator with the right click option.
When the program starts, open the project and then reload all image by pressing CTRL + Preview.
Once done try to check if you experience the same issue on the e-mail page.
