Linking of e-mail address

I have problem with linking the name to the e-mail address. When I got the website checked by W3C Markup Validation Service there are errors described as follows:

Clicking on the name it is not possible to send a message or see the e-mail address. Could you, please, send me advice what I am doing wrong. Thank you very much, Maria

About the validation I also noticed the same behavior and I already informed the developers. They will check the issue and, in case, fix it in the future updates. You will receive a notification of a new update in the opening screen of WebSite X5 and you can see the changes made in the updates on websitex5.com/changelog/v10 .
About your issue to use the link, can you please write me the website address so I can check what exactly is happening?

Thank you for answer. I have removed all links to e-mail addresses on the contact website to avoid errors, e-mail addresses are given as text which can be copied to post service used by a particular person. MK.
