HI just to clarify I am trying to set up the shopping basket for my website which operates perfectly. When I click on shopping cart under advanced settings the program bombs out!!!

set up a new website. managed to set up a shopping basket. the program bombs out under product settings when I click into "effect"  Can restart but the moment I go into the effect setting it bombs out

If yes please try to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 from your computer and then use following cleanup tool to remove the remaining files:

Once the program has done reinstall the .NET Framework by downloading it from following link:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718

Once done check if the same issue happens again.
