Hi, please reformatted my computer and lost my backup file for an already created website. and now i need to upload and update some new features how do recover my backupfile of the website. thanks

If unformat does not help any more then there is - very unfortunately- only one thing to do. Start over....
You can not recover a project from an internet site even if it is made with X5.
offcource you can use pictures and stuff from internet......
