Recent PC failure lost program files

Hi, after a recent PC failure I have lost my x5 files and need to download the program again (I have back ups of my sites files). How do I do this and then re activate with my p[aid for key.

You can download the program setup file here:
http://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Once downloaded, right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as Administrator' - follow all on-screen prompts, etc.
Once the program has installed it will attempt to activate automatically. If for any reason activation fails, then set this post to 'Private' and send a second message to that effect, whereupon the Incomedia support staff will be able to assist you further.

Thanks for reply and will remember URL for future reference. Fortunailty after looking on many of my USB flash drives I found I had saved the program files when I originally downloaded them before installing the first time. I have now installed the program again and my key was accepted no problem so am now up and running again.
One question though. When I created my first new drawing which depicted a white kitchen when I rendered out a photorealistic image half the doors showed as either a very dark grey or black, any ideas?
