Crashed computers and install again on new laptop for 3th time

My 2 computers on which I had downloaded the program of Website X5 did both crash. I cannot restart the computers and I cannot uninstall the programm from my computers. How can I reinstall it on a new laptop. I have still my product key from when I bought the program. Can I still use that for the 3th time? (because other 2 are not working anymore) I have my website on a memorystick, so I presume if I can install program again on my new computer, that I can fill it from the memory stick. I'm looking forward to reply and solution. Thanks

you can download the program from the ''download'' section here on answers and install. Please remember to repeat the same procedure you followed the first time and to register with the same email address.
