I need a different edc code again.  I went ahead and completed the activation process but had entered an incorrect mobile phone number.  Since the order cannot be activated, they went ahead and cancelled the order so I can reapply.

When I tried to use the same edc code, it says invalid.

I can not give you another EDC code, I am sorry. Please contact the one.com staff and explain what has happened. I'm sure they will be able to help you.

I contacted one.com.  They had deleted the order and would have to go through the whole activation process again.

Can you ask your superior if I can be issued another EDC code?  The code is invalid, the order never completed and has been deleted.

Does it cost Incomedia extra to issue another EDC code?  Since the order was never completed and deleted, I do not see one.com charging you for that.
