Did you send the crash report so we can see what exactly happend?

Please try to check if the antivirus/firewall is blocking the program when it tries to update.

As alternative you can download the latest installer directly from your answers.websitex5.com profile and install it so you will have the updated version.

Thanks, after protection switch-off the program was updated
