Program closes down when editing

I have been having a problem with the program closing down when I try to update or add to my website, I get the following message." INCOMEDIA WEBSITEX5 INCOMEDIA HAS STOPPED WORKING". "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly .Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" I have uninstalled v10, downloaded then reinstalled again, I am using 10.1.0.38. Can you offer me a solution? I cannot do anything with the program now.

From the behaviour it can depend on a not correct working component of the .NET Framework.
Try to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 from your computer and then use following cleanup tool to remove the remaining files:

Once the program has done reinstall the .NET Framework by downloading it from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
After please check if there are any windows updated available and install them.
Then test again the program to see if the issue is still present.
