2. How to re-install website X5 in my new notebook computer, and transfer my working project to the new computer too.

Hello Wing!
A single licence gives you the chance to install your program on two different computers therefore please feel free to start your PC, download your program (you can download it from your control panel here on answers) and repeat the same procedure you did the first time ( remember to register it with the same email you did the first time).
Once you have installed, simply Export your project from your first computer (Step 5) and import it in the other.

Hello samantha, I may have the same issue, but I allredy have it installed on the second computer. I need to restore it which I have coppy backed up on a flash drive, I have followed the instructions, but not able to see the backup of .iwzip when I try to import it.
Just to let you know, there are no project on the second computer. I did some at home and trying to imorted to the work computer.

I have about a similar question. First, I have the program installed on a computer that I can no longer use. The computer that I use at this moment, I will replaced now.

You need to open a new post as well please.
You will have to download the program on your new computer and repeat the same procedure you did the first time (register with the same email and request a new unlock code). If you can not unlock, you can give us your new computer code and we will be able to help you.
