Activation Problem

I have just purchased the upgrade from Website X5 EV8 to EV9 and I'm getting errors during the activation process. Error # 331... It is asking for my login information for answers.websitex5.com. i entered the information and I get the error. What do I do?

I followed the steps by changing my password to an 8 digit password and it did not work. I think the problem is with my email address. I used an old email address to purchase the original EV8 and I have registered on answers.websitex5.com with my new email address. When installing the upgrade from EV8 to EV9 I have to use the new License Key and my old email address. The next step wants my login info for answers.websitex5.com and I used my current login. This is where it fails. I can't use the old email address because it no longer exists and I cannot access it to change the password. I don't know what to do.

i associate correctly your v8 licence at your account profile, use this email and password for regist the Evolution 9.
