This is Not acceptable with a down load

I do not want a down load, I  would like only a full version in a box, as I have always purchased with ver 7-8-and 9, Its a pity I will now again have to give this another miss as I have done for version 10, until the management can provide and give us what we would like and not what the management want to put upon us, Strange this version 10 Proffessinal is displayed in a box yet its only available with a download
