Why the link to URL Showbox doesn't work?

Hello. Not the first day I grapple with a problem the showbox displays. That made: I created the kartini.html page on which placed gallery. On the main page I added the text block, in it I added the picture, and to the picture I referred to URL showbox. After the publication of a site I press on the picture with the link, but kartini.html doesn't open. What I need to correct?

Hello, Paul. Thanks for a response. The offered options of actions didn't help - showbox doesn't open, hangs somewhere on halfway. It seems I made everything correctly - I loaded the unpacked file into the RES folder, I closed the program, again I opened, I started the project, when pressing the Preview button held the ctrl key, I exported a site... What did I don't make or made not so?

Can you apply the latest update, to take you up to 10.1.0.39, and then do a fresh upload of all files to your server?
