Yes you can...  your licence permits you to have the software installed on two machines at any one time, provided you don't use the software on both machines simultaneously.

If the PC which kept crashing is to be taken out of service then obviously you'll comply with this requirement.

Just let the team here know if you encounter any activation issues during installation.  You can do that by opening a 'Private' post.
