Access Management update error

Hello, I am using the professional version. When I press the "update" button in Access Management I get the following error: "Connection error: It is not possible to complete the operation." Any idea? Kind regards, Kristofer

Updating to the latest version (10.1.0.39) will cure this issue for you.
You can download from here:

Once downloaded ensure WebSite X5 is closed, then right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator' - this will update your program, installing the newer version over the old - there is no need to uninstall first.
After the installation is complete open your X5 project, hold the 'CTRL' key down whilst entering the preview, then do a full export your entire project to your server.
Clear your browser cache before testing.
