Project File Is With Zero Bytes

Dear Sirs,
Our project file is showing ZERO bytes and also the Backup file.
We are not able to open the project. It shows "ERROR WHILE PROJECT LOADING...." Please help us to solve the issue.

. . . if you dont find any *.iwp* or *.bws*-file on your PC - you have to redo the whole project . . .
