Hello,
Please correct bugs in new product:
1) WSX5 Pro have not russian language. How I can imported old projects without my language?
2) Preview screen is clear white and empty :(
I hope that developers can correct all bugs in short time.

Hello Arnold,
Please try to uninstall the program completely and then delete also the Website X5 - Professional Folder in Program files. Once done download the program from your answers.websiitex5.com profile and then install it again.
Once done check if the russian language is present and if the preview screen is still white with a new project.

I reinstalled program from my answers profile (before it I deleted program, cleared Program files folder and rebooted computer) but russian language does not appear in program (look for screenshot). It is big problem. May be by this reason some text not translated (for example inside cart). Please find you solution.
Preview screen is Ok.

Hello Arnold,
Close the program and then open following folder in your computer:
C:\Users\ Your Username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10 - Professional\Libraries
Inside this folder you will find a file called languages.xml and you need to delete it and then start the program again.
After deleting the file in the program the russian language should appear.
