Bug with template import-export

there is a bug, i have evolution and make a web template file, then i want to open it from professional (two softwares are the latest and 10) and template cannot import from file, gives error)

Hello Ulas,
I see in your template there is an image with the name header_bground_q77ıhn2a.jpg. Can you please try to rename the file where you add only latin characters for the file name and then try to export the template again to see if it can then be imported?
Here it is possible to add as attachment jpg, png, gif, iwp and zip files. Probably it depends on the browser which is blocking the upload.
