Missing Template after migrating to Professional!!

Migrating to Professional and one of the templates I used for a website has disappeared. Please look at www.warwickmotel.com and PLEASE!!!! return that template to the choices as without it I cannot update the website for my client!
Attached is the "TOP" image from the template.

This template is no longer present in Version 10. It needs to be rebuild by using the template images by following the example showsn in attachment in the custom template editor.
