How to use CMS?

I dont know HOW TO USE CMS and i belive that i am not the only one. Is there some step by step tutorials - how to create a cms in website??? Sometimes you said that x5 is a "simple tool for everyone" and now i lost it (dont know anything about HTML or PHP!!!). SO please show as a step by step video tutorial or pdf tutorial. i cant find nothing usefull yet!

WebSite X5 is not a cms which can be edited online but to make any changes to the project you need to open the program, add the updates, new images or the new text and then export the project again online. It doesn't need any programming knowledge. You need to create the website and upload it and once you want to change something on it you open the project in the program so you can edit it and then upload it again.

I love X5 - it is much easier than CMS. The only improvement I would like to make is in the blog feature. Other than that, it's great.
