Hello Aleksey,

Go to Step 1 General Settings > Expert tab, and tick the checkbox marked 'Include the robots.txt file'  -  this will generate a basic robots.txt file for your WebSite X5 project, which you can then add to or amend as necessary.

Remember to reupload your project to your server having ticked the checkbox.  You will then find the robots.txt file to be in the root of your project folder on the server, on the same level as index.html
