. . . did you *register* with same mailadress ? (just have a look to your profile -> Licences)

There is still a problem: I hoped that the answers I got helped. But no. I have used *** for the registration, but I get this message (translated) Note: there have been too many unlock requests from your account the last time. Please contact our Support Center to confirm your account status and continue with a new activation ... I am hoping for help from you

Hello. I still get an activation error: 314, translated-"OBS: there have been too many unlock code requests from your account the last time. Please contact the Support Center to confirm your account and continue with a new activation. " I am sure that I have used *** for registration. I also have another mail address (***) it is used for Website X 5 v8. I would like to be able to install the program on the laptop 2 also. John
