Also check that your page names.  Conversion from V8 to V9 will change any with a space inthe name e.g. "How to find us"  - from "how_to_find_us.htm" in V8 to "how-to-find-us.htm" in V9.

Hello Gabriel, It could be good for us to see the URL or some screenshots of the projects you converted so we could better help you. It's impossible that version 9 modified the original project from version 8 becuase when you import the version 8 projects they are duplicated. Let me know...

^^^How would I have known to read this before updating? The software manufacturer should be upfront in their sales pitch and not be offering this sort of information after the fact and after the damage has been done!!

Hello Gabriel, it is not possible to create a damage . Version 9 just COPIES the files for the only pourpose to do NOT modify the original projects at all. 

As soon as you launch version 9, in the Start Page, there should be a box where we suggest to read this article about convertion the project from version 8.

A message box, visible after you convert a project, alerts you that the project has been converted from a previous version.
