Cannot Install Template Packs

Trying to install template packs 901 and 902 and it says it cannot find installation path!!!! How the heck does one install this software??

Hello Gabriel, can you please provide more info so I can give you more support. Can you please check if you installed WebSite X5 Evolution in a different folder? If you do that, you will have to choose that path when you install the Templates Pack. Let me know.

Steve, I did not direct the install to install anywhere. It installed itself automatically without asking me where to put it. I now have two X5 folders. One for version 8 and one for version 9. When I get the message looking for the installation route, I route it to the TEMPLATE folder in the version 9 folder, but it will not install. What am I supposed to do?

Ok, I figured it out. Supposed to install template packs in MAIN EVOLUTION 9 FOLDER, not in template folder. It worked.

Yes Trevor, as it is written in the Setup program, you simply need to "select WebSite X5 installation path" and not the Template subfolder. Thanks.
