Aktivierung Fails

Bei der automatischen Aktivierung erhalte ich Fehlercode 404, also keine Verbindung zum incomedia Server möglich. Aktivierer ist in der Firewall frei, also wo liegt das Problem? Wer weiss was? Im voraus schonmal DANKE.....
