about uploading project using different windows.

Hello. I will use your help as always.Lets take a look at one of my projects. (www.teo.gr)

I started creating my project in XP and i uploaded it. Everything works perfect as you see in the web. The problem is when i try to open the project in the same pc using WIN7, and in my pc at home (using both XP and WIN7). (I never had this problem with previous versions. Everyhting worked.) I noticed that the corruption is mainly at the header but not only. One last thing. As i did with previous versions, i m having the folders at the correct places.

As you know i m creating websites for professional reasons so i need to open my projects at my home too without working on same things again. (i m transfering the projects each time i m making updates).
