How to work addthis with a blog

I have a blog up and running at http://radicalenglish.com/blog/index.php
I have tried to include an AddThis button but:
1. It does not seem to show up
2. Like this on the facebook button reads "Mi Piace" How can I get it to read "Like This" in English?
I am sure it used to work before I upgraded!

The addthis plugin is visible in the various entries like on http://radicalenglish.com/blog/index.php?id=eojgc7x1
If it's not appearing check if you have any browser plugin which could block it.
About the facebok button, can you please tell me on which page?

1. You're right - it shows in IE but not in Chrome. I have checked my settings and extensions but can't see anything that might be stopping it. Any ideas gratefully received.
2. It only showed as Mi Piace in the preview in X5. It shows as Like on the live site (when I can see it!) so that is one problem solved.

Hello Duncan,
any addblock plugin could stop it. Try to open in chrome a new window in incognito mode to check if on this one you see the Addthis button.
If it appears then you need to deactivate every chrome extension until you find the one which blocks it on your computer.
