Evolution 10 doesn't sent order order confirmation email to a site owner

evolution 10 doesn't send an order order confirmation email to a site owner. I have tried all types of script's options, however the script sends the letter only to a customer.
My hosting provider is reg.ru , php info - follow the linkbelow

I would highly appreciate it if you could help me to solve the problem.

I am having the same problem. My hosting provider is GoDaddy.

The problem has been tackled with help of hoster's support team.
I use external mail service for my domen. But in the very beginig I switched-on a local mail server and forgot abaut that. All my mails were routed according to DNS data and I have never run into problem. But script, that was performed by the php engine, used a low lewel data without requesting DNS. So, that script sent mail directly to my personal mail server. I have switch-off local mail server and everything goes well.
