Customized templates missing  en

I have created custom templates for my 3 websites. Unfortunately, I recently encountered a problem with my computer and my user profile got corrupted.

I managed to recreate my user profile from scratch however, when I opened my website files, the custom templates I created were now missing and all my websites now looked garbled. There's no way to go back to my old profile and export my custom templates to an IWTPL file.

I can still view the template folders (with images folder, XML file and JPG file) but is there a way to save it or export it into an IWTPL file so I could import it to my new profile?

Your assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello Edison,

you need the file .iwzip of the project or the .iwtpl. If you don't have these file you need re create the template with the single image file.

Try to search these file in the pc or recreate the template.

Let me know.

Hi Riccardo,

Unfortunately I have not exported both the website nor the templates I've created into those files.  I believe these are the only to recover or import the files to the WebsiteX5.

Anyhow, the templates were not that difficult to recreate from scratch.. I've recreated the templates for the 2 websites I've created.  There are only minor re-adjustments.

Thanks!

Edison
