Windows 8.1 and Professional 10

After reinstall of Windows 8.1 I can't install "Professional 10" on my PC.
I can enter the registration code, but when I enter the email setup crashes!

Do you see some kind of error message? Could you please give me more information and eventually add screenshots?

I restarted Windows and then all works fine!
