How create the table for comments in data base

Hello,
I use comments and vote for blog. I would like to send to the database alredy created.
But how create table and which champ I must create for related fields: Name* e-mail*
Internet website vote message* thats not automaticly created.
"MySQL Database settings FAIL Ask your Web Space Provider to check your database settings"

Hello Philippe,
your table is wrong, you need check that the connection datas are correct.
Then you need the permission for create table in your DB, then the software create automatically the table.
