Hello, to be sure to save the CSV file as UTF8, please open the CSV file using Windows Note Pad and use the Save As command. In the File Selection window set UTF8 or UNICODE. Let me know

I work in WIN7 and I have WORD PAD, kept the GCV in UNICOD .txt, saved .txt UNICOD UNICOD. gcv. When you import gives an error (Invalid Header)

All you need to do is save the CSV file using Windows Note Pad as UTF8. Just be sure to use any software that can do that! Just open the file I sent you and paste the text you want to add and simply use Save... Undecided
