Activation says: Generic Error

Plus help urgently. I am trying to activate my Website X5 and after logging in it says: "Generic Error" and not sending me the activation key Please help as I am in the middle of my work

Hello Jeremie,
you probably receive that error message because you have installed too many times. A single licence of WebSite X5 gives you the chance to install on two different computers only and according to your licence history, you have requested 3 different unlock codes in three days. Could you please xplain why you need to unlock the program again?
