Cart problem sending order

in x5 professional 10 sending order does not work but is ok in x5 evolution 10. error while sending your order. The exact same website written under evolution 10 allows the cart function to work but will not work when written in professional 10.

Can you please write me the link to your website?
are the settings entered in the project under Professional 10 the same you used in Evolution 10? IS the project on the same webserver like the project made in Evolution 10 or you used a different one?
