Exporting to internet my I select this and nothing happens do i have to press another button. I have bought the full version . Why does nothing happen on step 5?

Any option in step 5 is not working or only Website Export to Internet?
did you try to uninstall and reinstall the program?
Try also to reinstall .NET 4 by following this procedure:
Uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 from your computer and then use following cleanup tool to remove the remaining files:

Once the program has done reinstall the .NET Framework by downloading it from following link:

The problem is I can not see the next button at the bottom of the screen to press it to proceed. I cannot scroll down to it and it does not show it.

Please check you screenresolution if it meets the minimum requirement of 1024 * 768 px since the lower part with the buttons is not visible.

Are the buttons below now visible? Is the program appearing like in the image in attachment?
Check also if in windows the option to change the DPI of the fonts is active and it's set to 125%. If it's active change it to 100% and then start the program again.
