The print settings is a standard which tries to optimize the content to fit better when printed and it's why it appears different when printed.
I would suggest you to create a PDF file with the style you want to have so the visitors can download it and print it.
In this way you will have the complete control on the printed file.

you need use an object text, insert a text and use the link botton.
Then select the "link to file or url" and select the file .pdf to open.
