What IP should write in the preferences?

Hi friends, Can anyone guide me that what we have to write in the preferences "IP address" and in Port Setting.

In the websitex proffesional 10 when we open the programme, in the main page it shows us all about websitex offers and upgrades at the end there is a "prefrences" setting in that can any one guide me that at the below there is a defualt Ip is written is "127.0.01" so thus we have to keep the same or we have to change in that anything and the port it is written "8080" so please guide me that we have to keep the same or else we have to change in that.
Why i am asking this because i stay in india and i need some help to redirect my website to india. so for that what i have to do. I am bit confuse?
These settings are neaded to get a good preview. If yours is correct then make no change, these settings are usaly for all the pc's the same and are already correct.
