Cannot do anything after crash

Whilst working in v10 Pro, the program crashed. When I start again, the program complains that my website was not closed properly. If I ignore and carry on uploading, then the program crashes again as soon as I try to open a page to edit.
Problem is, I cannot 'redo' a backup, and I cannot 'delete' the site to reinstall a copy from the iwzip backup I have.
At this point, I am getting really fed up with this because I simply cannot do anything.
Please advise.

Edit: Still problems.
Using Unlocker, I managed to move the folder containing the project. I started v10 Pro and imported the iwzip file I had saved. All OK. However, after import, when I try to open a page in 2. Site Map, then the program crashes.
Do I need to uninstall and resintall v10 Pro ?

Today, I tried uninstalling and resinstalling v10 Pro. Went OK, then updated to the latest version. After that, I imported the iwzip file I have. When opening a page in 2. Site map, the program crashes, then I get a message saying I should reinstall it! I have no idea what to do to make the program work as it was before the first crash.
Please HELP !!!! I'm very afraid that hours and hours of website development are going to be lost !

OK fixed it. A bit drastic but I couldn't stay without WebSite X5. So I reinstalled my entire Windows 7 system, reinstalled v10 Pro and reimported the latest iwzip file I had saved. This time, it worked and I'm working again.
I have emailed some of the crashes that happened. Hopefully this will give you a clue as to what happened in the first place.
