Crash in 2. Sitemap Creation with v10 Pro  en

With the latest version of v10 Pro, the app crashes everytime when I go to 2. Sitemap Creation and double-clic on a page to open it so I can edit it. This happens with a freshly installed copy. The solution is to select the page to edit in 2. Sitemap Creation and use the Next button instead. Then the page opens without the program crashing.

I have emailed several crash reports when this happened, so hopefully you'll find the source of the problem.

In the meantime, the fix above enabled me to carry on working.

Hello Francois,

Does the same happens also with a new project?

If yes can you please try to open the preferences when you start the program and set the max simultaneous processes to 1 to see if the same happens?

Please keep me updated.

Noted, will do.

Yes, it happens no matter what I try. First, it was reinstalling on a fresh system, then importing the iwzip. It crashed. Then I tried creating a new site. It crashed too, although not everytime I was double-clicking on a page to open it.

Update: tried setting the max processes to 1, but no difference. Was able to open one page by double-clicking on it in 2.Sitemap OK, but opening another page after that crashed the program. A emailed the crash report from within Website X5.

Hello Francois,

Uninstall WebSite X5 Professional 10 and then delete the installation folder present in Program files. When this folder is deleted download the most updated version from your answers.websitex5.com profile in the "Downloads" section.
You will need to deactivate the antivirus and firewall and then run the installer, with the right click option, as administrator.
Follow the registration procedure and once installed, run the program again as administrator with  the right click option.

Please keep me updated.

This is a lot of hassle. Until the New Year, I will carry on work selecting the pages with Next instead of double-clicking on them. This works and enables me to continue working.
