not getting emails to my manager....

Is there a possibility of having a Rep look over my site from stem to stern to see if some initial info is not proper, therfore causing me to have interuptions in my site's performance.
It has been 1 year almost to date since I have been a user of this program and have upgraded to webste x5 10 and still having trouble.

I ask you kindly to open only one post for question: It’s better for you, because you need to follow less posts, and also for the community, that can use better the internal search engine.
