No Emails?

I cannot receive any emails sent to me by websitex5.com, that means neither the account-password reset email nor the activation email. They're not in my spam-folder, they're just simply not there. What am I doing wrong?
Or what can I do to get the mails?

I do receive emails I send to myself from another adress, however.
