WebSite X5 Evo 10 crashes at start screen so I bought Website X5 Evo 10 - Professional for 199 Euros same problem absolutely fed up with this now, someone help me properly please this is unexceptable.

Further to my earlier posts there is a new message appeared now I have attached it as a text. Also I have tried turning off .net 4.5 etc and trying them, also turned them back on and tried both programs I have tried them in Avast SafeZone Browser, Also I have removed all recent updates and trieplease.d them, nothing seems to let the programs past the start screen, someone please provide a solution,
