French Web Sites - Problems With Charset

I upgraded to v9. Problem 1 - I had to retype most of the accented characters (designed Web site is in French) Problem 2 - the pages are generated with a charset UTF-8, and I don't see how to change this (except manually). Where do I configure that this Web site is in French? (I do it on the first page, but it has no effect) Problem 3 - if I have a page "Références", then when the page is displayed, the title is not displayed correctly. Nightmare handling of French in this version for the moment Please send support asap!

Since you asked in English, I'll continue in English.
V9 is genarating UTF8 charser code, which works fine with accute characters (and international code, too), like à, é,è, etc. I have built something like 5 new websites in French, using V9 and everything works fine. And I've also converted a couple of sites from V8 to V9 and I had no problem at all with the accute characters.
You dont have to change the charset UTF-8 in V9. But your browser need to be set correctly. Mine were set for iso 8859 charset, as used by V8 French configuration.
Did you tried changing your browser's encoding from iso-8859 to utf-8, since the problem might be related to the browser's setting, not V9 itself.
( Problème possiblement lié aux réglages du navigateur lui-même. Changes l'encodage du navigateur pour utf-8, ça devrait régler le problème).

Actually the problems are at 2 different levels
a/ browser: encoding is set to UTF-8, and does not work (preview in Website works ok, so I was expecting this to be a browser config problem). So am at a loss as to where to look for this problem
b/Website environment: in V9, importing a V8 project, I had to retype most of the text (but not all, more or less 80%) when it was accented as the project did not handle the accented text correctly when importing

Just to clarify my problem, I have put web site online atwww.cityphone.be and also attached an image with 2 of the problems.
Click on menu option "Références", and title of page does not display correctly (rest of accented characters are ok)
Click on menu option "contactez-nous", and field names do not display correctly (rest of accented characters are ok)
Problems are also displayed in attached image.

are you still having problems? Did you update to the last 9.0.4.1748 version? How did you add the text? What object did you use? Please add all the details you can! Thank you!
Please delete the website online, reload the entire project again (not only what has been changed) and please let me know if it is fixed.
Effectivement tu peux essayer de mettre à jour ton logiciel, (j'ai vu que tu tournes en 1699) de nettoyer le serveur et réexporter la totalité du site. Un CTRL-Aperçu permet aussi de reconstruire le site (parfois un peu long mais efficace). A tester tout ça et nous dire... Bon courage, J.P.
When I look at your website, it seems that those two pages, Références and Contactez-nous, were not converted correctly from iso-8859 to utf-8. When I access those pages, my browser, set on automatic encoding, stays at iso-8859. I have to manually change it to utf-8 to display correctly the accute characters. Try doing like jiper suggested. Update Wx5 to the latest version, 9.0.4.1748, remove everything from your server and reexport the entire site.
Please let us know if the problem is solved, after doing that.

Problem solved, I did not update Wx5 yet but reloaded complete site.
