You can create them yourself, by defining the height of header or footer to a minimum or to zero if you prefer.

I use WebSiteX5 Compact 9, where can I change the size of header?
I suposed you were talking about X5 10 Evolution or Pro. I am sorry I don't know this version you are using.

In the Compact Version it is not possible to create custom templates or edit them. This option is only available in the Evolution Version and above.
