Email function is not working on every PC

I have recently rebuild my website and used a picture of an envelope to indicate an email action. www.chaletdescansa.at
On the picture of the website the green box shows where the mouse email action is .
The red box show the message "mailto:***?subject=&body="".
I have use the "link-function e-maildres" in the pictureobject properties in the program
On my PC (Win 8.1) I have tested it with Explorer 11, Firefox 26 and Chrome 32.
On Firefox and Chrome a tab of Chrome is opened as action.
On other PC's/Ipads it seems to run.

Bij mij werkt het in chrome firefox IE allemaal prima.
Als het niet werkt: Is javascript enebled op die browser ? Anders dit aanzetten / updaten.
Als bovemstaand niet werkt:
Heb je een plaatje hoe het er uit ziet als het niet goed werkt?
