I downloaded from http://www.pcwelt.de/special/XMAS-Kalender-1388941.html the free offer & registered but my licence key has not arrived in my email. I have an account and installed the program but I need a key sent. Can someone from websitex5 help please before time runs out.

Das ist bei der Websitex5 normal. Ich habe schon bei mehreren kostenlosen aktionen versucht einen Key zu bekommen, aber das hat nie funktioniert.
Das ist bei diesem Hersteller normal.
Warum bieten die dann überhaupt Aktionen an????? Habe das gleiche Problem.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the code generation. Since it was during sunday we could not solve the issue immediatly.
We extended the request until today, so all who couldn't request the code can obtain it today, and now if you follow the instructions you will receive the code to install the program.
