Updating to new computer

I am replacing my old computer and need to transfer Website X5 to the new one. How do I do this please?
If I re-load from the original disk (version 9 and enter original key) I get message that - The Licence Key entered corresponds to a version that has been upgraded therefore it is not valid.
If I re-load from the original disk (version 9) and enter the new product key (when upgraded to version 10) I get message that - The Licence Key does not correspond to the product you have purchased.
Help please

You can download the latest version and the see your licence key in your profile.
Click your picture and see bottem right links.
Download and install this version on your new PC. Export your old projects in page 5 and import them with the new version.
That should be it. Let me know if it works.
